YOLO S.A. is a 30-person team of creative, innovative and experienced professionals. They are pursuing an ambitious goal of providing consumer loans in a model that still does not exist on the Polish market. They are motivated and determined to build a new, better quality on the non-bank loans market.

Alex Taylor: What challenges made you search for this kind of software?

Tomasz Jagusz: We try to automatize our production as much as possible. This involves bank accounts and transactions monitoring. When connecting to banks we need to use certificates stored on smart cards. They work fine when plugged to the server, but were causing us problems in the VM environment. Because of that, we weren’t able to virtualize all the servers. Thankfully Electronic Team, Inc. USB over Ethernet solved that issue.

Alex Taylor: How did you get to know about our software?

Tomasz Jagusz: Using Google. I’ve searched for USB over IP solution and found your product. I’ve read a couple of reviews and decided to give it a try.

Alex Taylor: Had you tried any similar product(s) before coming across ours?

Tomasz Jagusz: I’ve considered purchasing a hardware solution or even usb device server, but the price was too high ($300+ for 2 USB ports). Besides the cost, hardware solutions tend to have system compatibility issues. Some devices support only legacy versions of Windows OS.

Alex Taylor: Why did you choose our product over competitors? What thing in particular made it stand out for you?

Tomasz Jagusz: As I wrote earlier, the main factor I was looking at was users opinion, I have not found any that would cause me not to try your product . Besides that Electronic Team, Inc. has proven itself well since its first appearance on the market in the distant 2000.

Alex Taylor: How did you benefit from using our solution?

Tomasz Jagusz: We were able to virtualize our server and automate bank integration.

Alex Taylor: Are you happy with our software at this point? Why or why not?

Tomasz Jagusz: Yes! Very happy. The installation required just 4 clicks, all configurations took another 2 clicks. It was that easy. So far I have no problems.

Alex Taylor: Do you feel our prices are: high – about right – low?

Tomasz Jagusz: This is the hardest question. Comparing to hardware solutions your prices are fine, but comparing to other software solutions they are a bit High. The price could be slightly lower to make the product even more competitive. But apart from that need, this is the only easy to use and stable solution to choose.

Alex Taylor: Has our customer support system met your needs?

Tomasz Jagusz: I didn’t not have a need in any assistance yet, everything works as expected :)
